"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"These guys by far, hands down are pretty good people. Make sure your needs are meet and shoots to stun the costumer leaving really good results. I had my back porch and back wall done by them but I instead called them and replaced it all they had a really good deal on vinyl siding and tried to cut me deals left and right but since they were so outstanding I paid them the original price for their go get it attitude and the fire they have for the work they do. "Everything went exactly as David said it would. While the shingles were being replaced, the installers noted that the original builder had used pine trim on the chimney housing and they were rotting. David replaced the trim with cedar (which it should have been originally) and some of the siding at a cost of the materials only. David monitored the work frequently, although his crew is very experienced and didn't need much supervision. I was very impressed with how David explained the extra things that he was doing that many roofers skip. I had complete confidence that I was going to get the most professional work available and that is what David gave me."

"I have never had a better experience. The installers showed up on time and worked throughout the day without a break. They replaced 15 windows and were finished by 3:30. They did an INCREDIBLE job, careful not to dirty the carpeting, vacuumed their mess inside, and dropped debris in trash cans outside the window openings as to not disturb by landscaping. My house looks great, my electric bill has been cut by almost $100/month, and they are so easy to clean. Being double pane it cuts a lot of the outside noise. Next project with CBI is siding. I highly recommend them."

"The guys showed up on time, early on the scheduled morning. Went straight to work keeping me informed all along the way. I had to leave for a period of time while they were working & returned to them being nearly complete, earlier than expected. They encountered a few set backs with the texture of my house & them not having the correct saw blade. When they left for lunch they picked up the correct blade and returned to finish off the job. Windows looked (& still do) great and make the house look better all around. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the crew that came. The guys made the process really painless all the way through. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of these types of services.
