we contract for the metal roof replacement. The initial contract did not have total cost listed. The space for the amount was blank. Each time I asked Matt for a total for the job, he would tll me he needed the total the insurance company was paying for the whole job and after the depreciation. ZHe kept saying I would get to keep $2000. My other estimates that I got....I would have gotten over $3000. I still have a ;eask that is not fixed. ZIt was a leak before the roof was replaced and I stressed that I wanted leak free at the end. Also, we replaced the gutters and we hae gutter leaks. I did not have a total for the last payment until Matt saw my last payment from the insurance company. He then took all but $2004. He should not have gotten any of the money from the shed, since he never touched it. I recommended him to my sister and he made her irrate the first time he talked to her and then proceeded to drag me into that squabble. He preordered his supplies without a contract.

Hmm call if you have ANY concerns while they even STATE temporary debris… my 2023 Buick has only 5,000 miles on it, it stays in the garage 90% of the time, the day I drive down to my friends house (the ONLY place I went on this day..past where a roof is being done) I wind up with “ a roofing nail” in my side wall and am out $350 for a new tire.. while the OWNER of TRADEMARK tells me” no way to tell where it came from, it’s not on us” I must have ROOFING nails laying around my garage and put one through my barely used tires on my Buick…

Bobby and his crew have been absolutely wonderful! They frequently touched base and were able to work with the insurance company to acquire more funds than was originally assessed by the insurance company! Would definitely recommend and will use them in the future!

After hail damaged our home, our neighbor recommended Trademark Exteriors Restoration, and we have since recommended the company to others. Jacob Morris, our project manager, was knowledgeable and professional. He found issues that the insurance inspector missed. Trademark dealt with all insurance matters, making our lives easier. After repair and replacement of the roof, gutters, and awning, we have our home back better than ever.

I have used Trademark twice now for storm damage repair. Josh is my go to guy. He is very responsive and gets the job done quickly. He handles all of the paperwork with your insurance company. I definitely recommend Trademark. Ask for Josh!!!

Pros: I enjoyed working with Alex Santiago who was the project manager for the repairs to my property consisting of roof, gutters, and section of facia boards. Alex was responsive to texts, calls, and addressed my questions with a great attitude. Cons: (1) Received and provided prop claim settlement to Trademark on 11/3/21. Roof was installed 12/7/21. Received invoice (1 page document) 90 days later on 3/3/22. (2) Older facia board was damaged during roof replacement. I originally brought up my concerns about replacing older facia board when I received my estimate and would have paid out of pocket to replace rather than install a new roof and gutters over rotting facia board however it was not addressed. (3)The subcontractors who installed gutters completed the installation prior to the installation of the siding facia boards. As a result, the new gutters in that section needed to be removed and reinstalled in order to install the new facia board

All of my home projects went wonderfully well. I could completely depend on the Exceptional Leadership team of Jason Farley and Vincent Batrez with Trademark Exterior Restoration. From start to finish these professionals took charge and handled every detail, every concern and every question as if I was their only customer. Every inspection they were present - every insurance expectation they covered with me and told me what to expect. They listened, cared and had my back during each category of restoration and came through with the highest level of distinction and commitment. My roof is BEAUTIFUL along with every detail Trademark was involved in. Jason and Vincent are dedicated professionals. Their days are long because they work hard at being the Industry's Best. Job took months longer than necessary to complete. One skylight leaked and it took them three tries to get it stopped. Put in writing that they would pay to have the water stains at three places sealed and painted. Said the person that did their drywall work would contact me. This is in writing. Never heard anything and let them know this and they never answered my text letting them know this.

Josh Lambert did a terrific Job as Project Manager, his communication skill and business savvy was exceptional. Josh Lambert managed all aspects of our project to include direct interaction and communication with USAA, resulting in fair and supplemental claims that could have been overlooked by less skilled program managers and companies. The total experience went much better than I originally anticipated thanks to TRADEMARK'S JASON PETERSON. Shortly after our summer rains and hail storms I called our previous roofer for a damage review and cost estimate and was told I would need to hire a separate contractor to perform siding work. I referred to Angie's list and based on reviews I called Trademark for someone to come to the house to talk siding. Jason Peterson came out the same day and examined the roof and adjacent siding damage and resulting interior ceiling damage from water leakage. He then explained in detail what was needed for the siding repair and how it should be coordinated with the roofing crew for the best results. I explained I did not like the idea of me trying to time the roofing and siding between separate companies and asked if Trademark performs all jobs including gutters and ceilings. Jason's reply was they have crews to perform all work necessary without any involvement on our part except for contacting our insurance company to submit a claim. The more discussion my wife and I had with Jason the more comfortable we began to feel. To make a long story short we hired Trademark to complete all necessary claim work plus extended guttering and additional ceiling work at our request and expense. We were treated like family and are more than 100% satisfied with the outcome and would not hesitate to hire Trademark again. One last comment about Jason Peterson--- our insurance company (or should I say previous insurance company) dug in their heels throughout the entire process from damage adjusters to claim payout but Jason stayed persistent with many phone calls backed up by numerous damage photos and calculations necessary to make for a successful and satisfying project.

Called the number got someone out to look at damage in about 30min. The job was done the next day, looks great. Jason was great!

Excellent Service provided by the associate, Josh Lambert, timely and thorough. Everything was delivered and work performed as explained by Josh. Being our first claim, all insurance paperwork was handled through their offices and it really made it convenient for my wife and I. We appreciate the ease and professionalism and will refer Josh and Trademark to our friends

I needed a new roof and siding due to hail damage. Trademark got the job done quickly and kept me posted on updates, etc. Communication was great and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process! I would definitely recommend.

The wind ripped a section of shingles off are roof. I requested an estimate from Trademark and they called the next business day to setup an appointment time. They arrived early and began inspecting our roof. Fortunately, the rest of our roof was in good condition. We were also told about additional discounts we could receive from our insurance carrier based on the type of shingles. Trademark was able to come back that same day to complete the work. They cleaned up the work area nicely and we were very satisfied with their professionalism, timeliness, quality and price. We would definitely use them again!

After receiving quotes from a variety of contractors I chose Trademark. After the initial consultation they had each of the 3 trades foreman meet them at my home to go over the scope of work prior to providing the quote which allowed them to give me a quote that was certain. They were not the cheapest, but way below many other quotes I received, and it was so convenient to hire one contractor for all three jobs I needed. Did it go without a hitch....no. We had some weather related issues that caused delays, and a few material issues but they stood behind their quote and made it right! To find a company that stands behind their word and delivers even when it costs them money is something that is nearly impossible in today's world. So would I recommend them to a close friend.... in a heartbeat I would. The end result was beyond our expectations and the quality of workmanship is apparent.

We have an older, 95 yr old 2 story home that needed roof and siding repair. We were experiencing leaks along the upstairs dormers due to deteriorated flashing. Since siding would have to be replaced to access the flashing, we decided to have some of the other damaged siding repaired/replaced along with a complete exterior paint job. Bobby Dickerson served as the project manager, he came out the same day of my initial phone call. A reasonable estimate was provided within a few days. He also did some additional negotiating with our insurance company. Bobby is very professional and has an eye for detail, we are extremely pleased with the work that was performed. I would also like to give additional kudos to Serapio and his paint crew. They scraped, prepped, primed, and painted our entire house using the only the finest, high quality paints. They also glazed nearly every window pane, we have tons of windows! Our house looks amazing!

Would absolutely recommend. Quick, fairly priced, courteous. Would definitely use again!

The first project was replacing the roof, gutters, and entry ceiling. Bobby Dickerson was the project manager and everything went great. I was pleased with the work and the company. We were moving on to the windows. The window guys came out and did the measurements. Then nothing. Over the course of 2 weeks, I attempted to contact Mr. Dickerson by email, text, and phone/voicemail. I called the office twice, the second time asking for anyone at all to call me back. Nothing. If they did not want to do the project, a simple response saying so would have been appreciated so that I did not waste time on them. Because of this, I cannot recommend this company.
