Parts BUT Eddie went to Lowes to get the part he needed to put it together as well as having to go to Amazon to buy the part. Eddie didn't charge me a thing for all this work, he is awesome person. Had a couple of pictures taken of a few soffit panels I needed repaired, he identified more and repaired those as well in heights that I’m far too scared-o-heights to get to myself. Landon and assistant were onsite and wrapping up in the noted timeframe, kept in contact before and during service. Will most likely be using Lando Werx for exterior repairs in the near future if he is available. 5/5 only because 6/5 + isn’t available on this platform."

He thinks ahead to prepare for the job at hand, provides detailed lists of material needed, pick ups supplies, and makes helpful suggestions and recommendations along the way to avoid problems and delays. "Originally, they were doing weekly maintenance. They were coming over and mowing and doing some stuff. We ended up hiring them and having them do some work over and above the coupon that we had purchased. We were pleased with their work. They did a good job. They were here at the scheduled time."
