The only complaint I have is that I pointed out some other areas of the house I was considering having painted and the owner told me he would work me a quote. I never heard from him again.

"We are very sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with our services. This particular client lived almost a full hour's drive away from Norman and on a very large lot that required extensive weedeating and edging (lots of fence line, patio, long driveway, etc.). I believe she is referring to our crew running over a sprinkler head when she mentioned "damaged property." This is a very common mishap in the lawn service industry, especially when grass is high it is difficult to see and avoid sprinkler heads. We offered to fix it ourselves the next time we came out or to reimburse her if she needed to call another company to have it done sooner. Ultimately, property was a little too far out of our range without increasing our price. We understand that she chose to use another company that is closer to her area. As for quality, we have an all new crew this year who have each have over 10 years experience. As you can gather from our other great reviews, we take pride in our work and care about the quality of our delivery. Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction, so we wish you all the best and hope you found a great company in your area!"

"Customer satisfaction is always our #1 goal. This client had very specific instructions on the way she wanted the work completed. She had a tendency to micro-manage every project. Against our crew's better judgment, they performed many procedures, specifically tailored to this woman's requests. For instance, she wanted a few of her bathroom cabinets sanded. She continually asked us to keep sanding, it was not smooth enough. In the end she was dissatisfied because the drawers had been over sanded, and it took too much time. She wanted a window ledge tightened to a degree that was simply not possible, and then complained that we used too many nails. When our crew would advise differently, she would insist her way was correct. The crew also reported they were required to use inferior paint that would not produce quality results. We fired these contractors. Not because they did not try hard enough to please the customer, but because they tried incorrectly. It is our policy that our contractors stay in charge of every appointment. They are professionals with combined 30 years experience and should know when to draw the line and say "I won't do that. Following your instructions will have bad results." It is our policy to verify satisfaction before we leave. Our crew reported that the client seemed very happy with the work in the end, and had expressed gratitude. Under the impression she was pleased, they did not have the opportunity to fix problems immediately, which is also our policy if time allows. That evening our secretary followed up to ensure her satisfaction, and the client expressed that she was very upset and dissatisfied. We were very sad to hear this, and offered to come back out and fix any problems free of charge. We explained that we care deeply about our reputation, the quality of our work, and her satisfaction. She seemed appeased and agreed to give us a chance to make it right before writing a bad review. Our reviews matter to us, they are what make and break us as a company. Instead, the customer wrote us a very bad review that night. Our records indicate that we worked 2.5 hours over the time allotted in the coupon and we did our best to comply with her requests. Many of the complaints were results of her own demands, and as a company we felt that it was not in our best interest to continue working with this client, nor do we feel that a refund is appropriate. Although we are sorry we could not please this customer, we have plenty of satisfied customers and great reviews that will attest to the quality of our work"
