114 We needed a door moved, which involved cutting out the door, cutting a hole in the side of the barn and placing the door into that hole. The his is not a simple feat with a new door. HWD did it wÃth our used door. It is level, plumb and the install is great! Everything was cleaned up...
They didn't install in the correct place. Contacted them on March 22nd to fix the gate. They completed it on May 8th. Had to call them back twice because it still didn't work. It still isn't working correctly.

I had purchased a new toliet to have installed. When the two employees came to the house and inspected the problesm I was informed a new toilet was not needed, only apart. The company wold have made more money to install the toliet instead of the part, so I was very happy with the honesty.

On the second day, the salesman called me and said whoops, you can either fix that yourself or we can install a new one for 7,000 more than we agreed I was at work so said I could not make a decision then. The installers told my wife that day that they were told I said I would fix it myself. I never said that. The company called to check if I was satisfied afterwards and I told them this. They said they would open a ticket but no one ever followed up with me."
