My experience with Rebath was fantastic from the get go. I made an inquiry online and shortly there after, I heard from Kristin who took my info and made the appointment. She was friendly and wasn?t pushy. Chris came out to look at the bathroom and help redesign it. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He brought samples and helped design the shower with his iPad Taylor, the installer, was meticulously with his process. He demoed and install new shower quick and always kept the house clean. Randell, the owner even reached out to ensure everything went great. Couldn?t ask for a better response experience, was nervous at first because it was my first remodel but everything else as done professionally and smooth. Highly recommend Rebath Wichita Falls for any bathroom remodeling needs.

What an experience I received from Re-Bath! They delivered on everything that we expected. We called in and set an appointment with Kristin, who was super friendly and helpful. Chris came out on time and walked us through the entire design process. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. Kristin gave us multiple updates along the way. Taylor showed up on time and completed the job quicker than the timeframe initially given. The job site was kept neat and was cleaned up at the end of every day. We barely noticed he was there unless he was informing us of his progress along the way. We now have a beautiful and accessible shower that will last us a lifetime! They walked me thru the entire process from start to finish and answered any questions I had along the way. Great communication. I cannot say enough about the job that Re-Bath did for us. It was large bathroom remodel. Taylor Flippin and Kyler Hale were extremely professional. The job site was kept very clean. They were very knowledgeable and made sure they understood what we wanted and also very good about making suggestions about what would look and work better. The finished job was way better than what we had imagined and was completed quicker than what was expected. We would not hesitate to call on Re-Bath, Taylor and Kyler again for any job we have.

Trevor with Re-Bath remodeled our main bathroom, taking it down to the studs and finishing with this gorgeous easy to clean bathroom. From the first day to the last, he kept the work area neat, clean, and organized. The materials used, coupled with his exquisite workmanship, have left us speechless. What an amazing company. Had a leak behind our shower. Taylor was here within an hour and assessed and found the problem. Gavin was here the next morning to resolve our issue. Everyone from Randel to everyone in between were great to work with. Cannot say enough nice things about their professionalism and workmanship. HIGHLY recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. The design consultant that came out was awesome, the install crew was detailed, fast and clean. Professional Company from start to finish. They are worth every penny.

Joey was our salesman and he was very thorough and explained the whole process to us. We picked out all of our flooring, paint colors, fixtures, shower enclosure colors/patterns, type of glass for the doors etc from an extensive set of samples he brought with him, which was very helpful. Install day came exactly as scheduled by Randell and our installer Taylor and plumber Clay showed up to get started. Our house is 72 years old, so they had a few issues to deal with and overcame every little thing that needed to be done with complete competence. Our 2 bathrooms both turned out SO pretty and we couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Taylor is very detail oriented and a very hard worker. He even showed up to work during the snow that practically crippled the city. I was very impressed with his work ethic. He is very pleasant and polite and I kinda miss the guy now that he's gone. I'd absolutely hire them again if I renovate any other bathrooms.

Rebath did an excellent job. Their workers were fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend them. My grandparents, who have major accessibility issues, love their new shower. My 82 year old grandmother just had a hip replaced and could not step over the old tub. Thank you Rebath!

I was charged over $12,000 to remodel our very small bathroom which I knew was too expensive but was convinced by salesman that all products would be of extremely good quality. The truth is many of the fixtures they replaced were of better quality than the new stuff. I even complained to their corporate headquarters headquarters but to no avail. My bottom line is I was charged at least twice what the job was worth.

The sub contractors did not show up when they were supposed to.  Did not call to schedule times when I would be home and would just show up.  The person who installed the flooring said that I had to install the baseboards myself and that until I installed them the Vinyl flooring would be loose.  Then they ripped the vinyl but never fixed it, did not seal the tub and floor area, the shower head leaks, the shelf in the shower and the grab bar are loose.  The nail holes in the door are very visible the drywall has cracks and splits from being over done and not done correctly and the paint color was chosen by someone else and is horrible.  They left an exposed outlet and did not replace my toilet paper roll holder or towel bar or bathroom mirror all of which I was told I would have to buy myself.  Then you get to the door threshold...Its at an odd angle, the metal strip is to small to cover the opening so they poured glue in it and the glue is crusty and dirty.  The entire thing looks horrible and cheap.  I asked for someone to come out and look and no one will call me back or come out.

Fast 2 day remodel.  Workers were professional.  Price was a bit high but the quality and warranty make up for that.

We had our electrical service upgraded for the bathroom and water heater connection.  We had the tank water heater removed and a tank-less water heater installed.  Shower area was enlarged for walk-in access and plumbing was moved for this new configuration.  Shower walls were installed from shower pan to ceiling as one continuous sheet on each wall.  Shower ceiling was installed same as the shower walls.  New shower fixtures and mixing valve were installed.  New fittings for the sink and toilet hook ups were put in.  New sink and toilet (purchased by owner) were installed by the contractor.  New flooring was also installed.
