This company is a family owned and operated construction crew. We only subcontract out heating and air, plumbing and electrical work. After a bid is accepted and a price set we require a down payment to start and terms are negotiated during the contract phase of the project for payments, or final payout.

With over 20 years of construction experience, you can be confident we will do a good job with repair & service, along with a competitive price. That's why so many large realtors, brokers and investors use us! Credit cards are accepted. Most jobs are only 1 day installs and payment is due at completion. No deposits required on most residential properties.

"I strongly caution anyone considering this foundation repair company. From the beginning, they gave us false hope, assuring us that our foundation issues would be properly resolved. Unfortunately, that was far from the truth. Not only did they fail to correct the actual problem, but the piers they installed were done incorrectly and not even placed in the proper locations. It’s clear now that the work was rushed and not thoroughly planned or executed with the care it deserved. We’re now left with unresolved issues and the added burden of hiring another company to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or professional foundation repair. The stress, cost, and time wasted simply aren’t worth it. *picture caption: Triton’s piers (highlighted in yellow) were installed 2 feet away from the fireplace. Our new hired company is installing under the stem wall."

Concrete Repair questions, answered by experts

You could DIY the work, but unless you have plumber’s knowledge for identifying and fixing a slab leak and specialized equipment in your tool shed, attempting to DIY your slab leak repair isn’t a good idea. It’s simply not something that the average homeowner can take on themselves, regardless of how many successful DIY projects they’ve got under their belt. You could, however, do something simple like foundation waterproofing yourself to save some money on the post-repair work.

Yes, all basement floors crack in response to the natural settlement of the soil around them and from concrete shrinkage as it cures, and you’ll see hairline cracks as a result. However, you should keep an eye on your basement floor to see if cracks continue to lengthen or widen or show signs of water intrusion. In any of these cases, the problem is likely not settling or shrinkage, and a professional repair is necessary.

Yes, you can live with a cracked foundation—in fact, most people do. Virtually all foundations crack from normal settlement, and while settling cracks benefit from sealing to prevent water and moisture intrusion, most aren’t an issue. If you have structural cracks in your foundation, it might be safe to live in your home for some time, but you should address them immediately to prevent structure collapse and major property damage.

Cracks, shifting, or uneven floors indicate potential foundation issues.

Home foundations are designed to last a lifetime when properly constructed and well-maintained. A poured concrete slab can last 200 years, while concrete blocks can last 80 to 100 years. A pier foundation can last about 75 years. Brick or stone walls can last 100 years or more.
