The reviews for Permalift were simply the best. I can now see why. Greg and his partner drove all the way from Oklahoma City to our home in Bartlesville to give us an estimate. They politely called ahead because one of their earlier appointments had not been home.  They arrived when expected.  They carefully inspected the exterior and interior walls for cracks, and in the end decided that we would be better off using one of their competitors because the type of pier that we needed was not one that they could provide. "I had my roof installed 5years ago by this company. We have in those 5 years had several high wind/hail incidents and my roof has had zero problems. Well the last high winds popped off about a 6 foot section of the roof cap. I contacted them today and they were able to send someone out and repair it. "UPDATE 7/9/18: NOT a happy camper. I was so excited to get a much needed french drain. I would stand out in the street just to watch the water exit into the street. However, I am less than pleased now. The pipe was barely buried. Even the littlest bit of rain washes the soil away and exposes the pipe. I could have dirt brought in to pile on top of it but I don't feel like I should have to. I think it should be a given that it would be buried. There is a big hole which is where I believe two pipes are supposed to meet. Chris at Pier-tech did come out after I left him know it was leaking around a downspout a few months ago. But he had not responded to my texts or phone call regarding this new issue. It's a hole that even when I fill it with dirt, it keeps sinking in again. Something is not right! Original review: Clint Majors and Jose (didn't catch his last name) were great! We desperately needed a French drain. Clint found ways to help me save money and most especially understood my need to protect the drain from my two big Huskies who like to dig. I cut wire to lay over the top of it and they took the rock they would not be able to use under the drain (couldn't go deep enough because of utilities) and put it over the top of the wire. They even staked down the wire for me. It rained a lot today and I was out in the street taking pictures and video of the water running OUT of my yard and into the street to the city drains!!!! Believe me, I am doing a happy dance!! Clint assured me if I have any issues to let him know and he will come check things out. Oh, I should mention they had to HAND DIG the trench because the utilities were buried too close to where they needed to place the drain! Thank you, Clint and Jose!"

"Signed up for a $99 special to have Roca come out and repair a leak in my roof.  Blake told me that I should contact my insurance because he felt I needed a new roof.  I had submitted a claim less than a year prior which was denied of a new roof.  Blake helped me with the insurance process and meeting the adjuster to go over everything he felt I needed replaced.  With the claim, I was able to make all the repairs and add the guttering around the entire house for a little amount out of pocket (much less than my deductible).  I highly recommend Roca roofing and working with Blake if possible.  He is very professional and courteous and had my best interest in mind.  His crew was in and out and finished the entire roof in 1 day.  Very satisfied with the whole experience.
