Installation of the needed cabling was done fast with no damage to our existing facilities. Everything was hidden away in the walls nicely. Great internet provider for those of us out in the country and away from conventional ISPs.

Basically, before I moved out here I came from an internet provider that provides 20 times the speed than they do out here. I contacted the owner(Chris) and told him that I have 4 computers an XBOX,and Vonage. He stated they were about to upgrade the tower in the area and you should have no issues. For the last 10 months, we had to limit our usage, but our phone would still work and everyone could be doing what they are doing on the computers and XBox. The installation took a week. I was scheduled twice and they kept rescheduling and never told me that they did. I took 2 days off of work for the install. Finally, I had to call and after many attempts at reaching the company the owner(Chris) came out at 9pm finally installed the equipment. As I said before the internet was bearable, as ling as the XBox , one comp surfing you could watch a movie on netflix with minimal buffering. The Phone would rarely have any issues... In May of this year, it was finally upgraded (the tower). Its wireless so it takes an antenna, they came out and installed the dish on the front of my house, when it should be on the side of the house. Its very unsightly. My internet rate then at that time more than doubled in price and from that day forward, I cannot use my internet phone, and I can only have one computer on in the house. They are charging me Twice the rate that I was paying when I could use more than one internet at a time.. The phone cuts in and out constantly. Chris (the owner) told me everything would work fine, and it did, and then talking to one of his employees, they told me they are not capable of running the XBOX and the Netflix. Then, as far as the technical/ customer support is concerned they are not open, they claim their hours are 10-6pm Tuesday- Saturday, but no one is available after 4pm and if your internet goes down on Saturday after 4pm, you are not getting any assistance till tuesday afternoon. You can leave messages, but they will not get back to you. They will be more than happy to tell you Chris will call you back but he does not. As well, Trying to pay your bill is an act of god. If you do not have your username or password then you are stuck the great tech company has no way to reset either of them. So, if you are like most people that work, You cannot call during business hours to pay your bill(NOT THAT THEY WILL ANSWER ANYWAY). Using Speedtest.net, other speed sites as well as what Netflix tells me....I am getting .08 to .1.3 megabyte per second when I am paying for 2 megabyte down and the 1.3 has shown up once since MAY. They changed their name to Tech Net. Not sure why, maybe so they could not be bothered. Pretty sad that you cannot find your provider by their name by a simple google search.....
