Kevin met with me after the install and showed me how to work the control box and make sure all of my questions were answered. I held off writing this review until spring of the following year. I was really concerned due to the really cold weather that we had during the winter that I would have issues with broken pipes. I tested all of the sprinklers in March and everything worked great. While the shingles were being replaced, the installers noted that the original builder had used pine trim on the chimney housing and they were rotting. David replaced the trim with cedar (which it should have been originally) and some of the siding at a cost of the materials only. David monitored the work frequently, although his crew is very experienced and didn't need much supervision.
