Kyle removed all of the existing floor and shower tile, corrected and leveled everything underneath, properly waterproofed the shower, and then retiled the entire space. He was extremely thorough throughout the whole process and made sure everything was done the right way. What impressed me most was how much he went above and beyond. While working on the bathroom, he noticed several other things that needed attention and took the time to address them as well.
