Kody and and Alyse were able to work with me on extremely short notice and knock out a painting job in the same day as the quote for a very reasonable price and it looked very well done! It was professional from the beginning to end and I would recommend working with them for all your handyman jobs! Again thank you for your time and your help with this matter!

Smalltown Property Revival provided a free detailed estimate of all the work I wanted done. Chris said they could take care of all of it in one day and they did. Workers Gavin, Zack and Jared toiled diligently at cleaning out areas of overgrown brush, bushes, one huge and one smaller tree along with old fencing, posts and a big decrepit old doghouse. They hauled everything away and left the area in much better shape . Everyone of them were respectful and polite. You can't go wrong by choosing this company.

Very prompt and professional

Great professional people, pain and hassle free and they had a lot of knowledge. They built a covered porch add on and knocked it out ahead of schedule and stayed under our budget. I loved their ideas to make it better then we could have ever expected.

Very professional group of people, I had a floor replaced, tile layed, and a back door replaced. 5 star all the way, from price, to completion of the jobs, the men were here working, and working hard, til job was completed. Absolutely wonderful work and friendly. Gave him a call and he scheduled me immediately for work to get done. Showed up on time and was able to build me the 2 rooms I needed in the same day. I absolutely love the work done.i have plenty of projects that need to be done and will most definitely be having them come back out to do them. His prices are great too!

Eric and Smalltown Property Revival are a true blessing. I had multiple projects going, including ac window install, replacing smoke alarms, hauling, furniture moving, linoleum tile removal, chain-link fence replacement, plus rebuilding a deck and lattice work. They then installed French doors that were on back-order and proceeded to construct a cute pallet fence for me out of pallets that were taking up space and collecting debris in my basement! This company is amazing.

Eric did two jobs for me, 1 installed 2 porch handrails (used better quality anchors than ones in kit) 2 assembled an 8' X 8' pergola and anchored it into the ground, did a great job, Eric was friendly and professional

Smalltown Property Revivial is a highly professional small handyman business that can handle most of your general repairs and rebuilds for your home. They rebuilt a beautiful second story wooden deck at my historic residence and it is very solid and looks wonderful. I included a couple of pictures although we are still needing a base rail which will be installed soon. Other projects included installing a window ac unit, checking and replacing smoke alarms, moving and removing heavy pieces of furniture and other items. I never had to worry that something was not being done correctly and they are responsive to any changes or additions you have. We are waiting on a set of French doors to be delivered, then they will install those. I highly recommend Smalltown Property Revival for your home handyman needs. Am updating as the French doors came in and were installed so well. They look amazing. Eric and Smalltown also added lattice to the deck railing that gives an elegant touch as well as enhanced privacy. I may need to re-submit my pictures and will gladly attach several so others can appreciate Smalltown attention to detail.

I met Eric, the owner. A very nice man, I told him what I wanted done and what I expected of him, and he agreed. We came to a price we both thought was fair. The yard looks good. I'm very happy with it. Highly recommend this company for your lawn care needs.
