"Our appointment was fir between 9am - noon. He called sbout 8:30am to say he was on his way. He arrived just after 9am. He was nice, friendly and courteous. We just wanted our furnace cleaned and inspect. He did the job and told us our furnace was in great shape. He didn't try to uosell us on anything. I would recommend D&R HEATING AND AIR. "

"Sure, here's a revised version: --- I've never had to deal with an air conditioner that breaks down as often as the one Robinson installed. Every minor power interruption results in calling a technician because the system can't communicate with itself, or a part has failed, often due to the power failure. I purchased a package that includes "parts and labor" for over $14k, expecting a reliable product from an established, locally-owned company. How wrong I was. Since May 2019, I've had to call Robinson every 2-3 months to fix something on my unit. While they sometimes comp the service fee, more often than not, I end up paying to repair subpar equipment. For example, today, on July 29, I was charged a service fee after the unit lost communication due to a power surge. Additionally, I was charged for a system update, only to find out that during their last visit in ( see below for rest)"
