Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! "Sears did their best to accommodate my schedule, time frame and features I wanted. I wanted gas heat and all other contractors only offered electric heat. My project was not easy. I have a 1930 two story updated brick home. However during the remodeling of the home the previous owner did not put in duct working. Also, the installation crew had to dig out two feet of my crawl space to fit tubing. They removed all rubbish and debris. Overall, very good experience, everyone was very professional and courteous."

"American Home Shield does not do repair work; they subcontract it. If replacement of anything more than very minor parts is required the subcontractor must obtain their approval and usually order parts from an approved supplier. This can cause some repairs to take several days. In this case the HVAC subcontractor was superb. He quickly inspected the entire furnace and identified and explained the cause of the problem.  Since there were no major parts requiring replacement he quickly completed the repair and no further problems have been noted.
