"I hired J Bustos to paint and stain a new set of stairs, and also stain some newly installed doors for a remodel project we are finishing. They did such a good job we also hired them to paint the outside of our home. This team was excellent. They did high quality work and took care of our property. They also took the time we needed to pick out the paint colors we really wanted, and best of all, they always followed up with us to make sure that we were happy with the end result. I really appreciated their approach when they came to bid the job: two experienced professionals looking over everything and they gave me a lot of great information about our options. They invest a lot of time in prep - don't hire them if you are looking for a slapdash job done quickly. But if you need a job done right, definitely call them for an estimate! Rudy and Juan treated us very courteously and all their workers are pros (thanks, Raul!) I wanted to share one specific story. Rudy was there during the prep phase wearing his white painters clothes. My son, age 11, asked him, "Why do you wear white every day? Do they make you?" Rudy replied, "No, nobody makes me wear all white - I choose to wear this because I am a professional." That spoke volumes to me."

Jake was effective in working with us and our insurance company in helping us understand the process, from the initial visit by the claims adjustor, all the way through the final roofing install. The roofing crew were very professional and efficient. They replaced an area of bad decking, kept a clean job site and finished in just 2 days. As an additional item, we elected to have them install solar power roof vents, which will help keep our attic cooler in the hot Oklahoma summers. "It went pretty good.  I had all the materials for them to use.  The kick plate was too tall.  Will need to find the right size.  The front door has a crack in it, which I thought would fill in with the wood filler.  It was in a bad spot, so when the stain was applied, it did not fill in. I will clear coat it, add the kick plate & insulation.   I will have John will come out again - will look at his coupons & get a list together.  Definitely need the porch light replaced soon.  We also discussed a possible electrical issue with the porch light - seems the builder /electrician (1988) may have connected the front light switch with the hall bathroom & bedroom lights.  I was glad that John was able to schedule me, it was 2 months!   John & Wayne were very nice & I will call again soon! "

"Very well. Mark Broyles did exceptional work on our project. He is reliable, an expert in his job, and is very pleasant. He was always on time, and was really good about working with me on where to install grab bars for the shower, where to install the vanity, etc. We would defintely use Community Builders again. Also, Daniel worked with the project to video tape the process and condense it into a short video. He is also a dedicated worker and exhibits a very pleasant personality."

"We bought a big deal that paid for the initial visit and a small chunk of the gutters we've been needing.  Brad called us back right away and was out to evaluate our house and to give us a cost estimate for all we needed done within a few days.  He had his team of installers here within a few more days.  Brad was terrific, and his team did a high-quality job--we've had one rainstorm since to attest to the functionality of the gutters.  I'd use these folks again in a heartbeat.

"Bringing a 1910 home up to todays standards, restoring floors trim walls bathrooms. Some plumbing and electrical (legal without those licenses). Of course this includes painting, fixing holes left by radiator system in floors and ceilings. Entirely rebuilt deck. Also added on a sunroom with about 20 windows and exterior door. Worked well with other contractors (plumbing and electric)."
