The owner came out and he seemed like a nice man we signed a contract which was to get the entire roof replaced that did not happen as was agreed, they reused some of the old material.

Weather Barrier Roofing gave us a prosposal and stuck to that price. They had to tear the roof off down to the rafters because of city code. They replaced the deck, used a new synthetic felt underlayment, installed all new flashing, installed four new roof vents, and laid the 30 year lifetime warranty 3 tab composite roof. They arrived as scheduled, worked until dark each day to complete the job. They were careful not to tear up the landscaping in our lawn and cleaned up extremely well after the job was complete. The job took longer than scheduled but there were some weather delays. We are very satisfied with the job. Mr. Richards made sure we were satisfied with the job face to face, not by phone. We have already recommended his services to more potiental customers.

Calls were returned, the quote was accurate, workers showed up on time and finished the job on schedule. Everyone was polite, and any construction debris was cleaned up promptly.
