They not only were very friendly on the phone, they had the best price in town, and called me twice to confirm the appointment before the day came. They cleaned the carpets so well, they looked brand new (20 year old house with original carpet).

We hired them to clean our carpets because we were just moving into the house. The house was still empty, so what better time to get all the carpets cleaned when there's nothing on the floor! Cleaning overall was good, but a day or two later my daughter was playing in one of the rooms (still with no furniture) and had stepped on a fish hook. The fish hook luckily just scratched her toe nail and didn't puncture her skin. I called their office and they seemed genuine in the apology. My guess is that the fish hook was probably deep into the carpet and that the carpet cleaning might have pulled it up to the surface, but didn't actually remove it.
Additionally, my wife was quoted one price on the phone and then I was charged a higher rate upon service (not knowing what the original quote was). I advised them of the price difference and they brought me a refund of the difference the next day.

We recently bought a new house. the orginial owners were supposed to have the carpets cleaned but they were still filthy with pet stains. I called Harmon and about 6 others. Harmon was friendly, available on short notice, had the best prices and based his price off of measurements not the number of rooms. He did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet, took his time and did a thorough job. Really appreciate that kind of hard work!

I have light carpet and it was very dirty and stained, He worked very hard and I am really pleased with it . I thought I would have to buy new carpet so he saved me a lot of money.
