Things he has done for me was put up 2 ceiling fans, a window a/c unit, 2 gates on my porch to make me feel safe. All things I could not do on my own. The list goes on and on. "James and his assistant did a very good job on the shelves. He is very knowledgeable, has experience in a broad range of projects and offers good suggestions. At times, responsiveness was slow but I was not on a strict deadline. I changed my plans and James was understanding and came out and gave me a 2nd bid. I have passed his contact information along to the townhouse association that oversees the repairs and maintenance of my property.
I would definitely recommend James to others and I would use him again.

"I was really under the gun due to a prior Architectural firm not performing their duties per building plan codes. Not only were the plans incomplete but the City Plan Reviewer states(The Worst plans he’s ever seen) they will not make adjustments unless there is an additional charge for Thousands. Evaluation’s saved my clients and drew our project per code, along with Engineering in less time then they quoted. I highly recommended them, Especially Kirsten.
