He was very personable giving me a reasonable quote with a military discount. They completed the job in a little over a week. The guys were punctual and friendly. "Smalltown Property Revivial is a highly professional small handyman business that can handle most of your general repairs and rebuilds for your home. They rebuilt a beautiful second story wooden deck at my historic residence and it is very solid and looks wonderful. I included a couple of pictures although we are still needing a base rail which will be installed soon. Other projects included installing a window ac unit, checking and replacing smoke alarms, moving and removing heavy pieces of furniture and other items. I never had to worry that something was not being done correctly and they are responsive to any changes or additions you have.
