We were very pleased with the job they did and can highly recommend this company to replace other homeowners' windows. Rodney was quite thorough in explaining and answering our questions about the installation. He is reliable and he stays in touch throughout the process. His workmen were skilled and the windows are of excellent quality. His prices were reasonable and after the windows were installed, he did a walk around with us to make sure the work was done properly and to confirm that we were happy with the outcome. Rodney is very professional and truly wants to insure that we were satisfied with the work that his crew did. They cleaned up their work area before leaving the first day and by the end of the second day our home was back to it's new and improved self. The quality of work was A+. "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
