"It was great, I'm looking at it now, it's gorgeous. The people who built it were fabulous. In terms of pricing, he was near the bottom of some of the others. He wasn’t the lowest, but he was near the bottom. In terms of the quality of the product, I couldn’t be happier. I love the quality. I would absolutely recommend them. They did a really nice job. In fact, whilst it was near the cheapest, nothing was skimped."

Allowing the surface to melt together and harden ensures that the surface stays durable and long-lasting. 

The material that’s best for your private road depends on your property, the climate in your area, and your personal preferences. Gravel is an affordable option, but some homeowners don’t like how it looks. It can be a pain to remove snow from, and it requires more ongoing maintenance than asphalt or concrete. One quick way to check the integrity of your driveway’s slope: no more than four inches of water should collect on the surface longer than 15 minutes after rain.
