It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

  • Walls: Check along each side of the house. If a wall is bowing outward, this indicates a severe issue such as foundation damage or that the walls are ready to fall.

  • Cracks: If there are stair step cracks in the brickwork, this indicates an unstable foundation.

Inspectors working for the seller on pre-listing inspections can present a conflict of interest, so standard home inspections are usually hired and paid for by the buyer. If the buyer has some negotiating power, they might request that the seller cover the cost (by taking it off the asking price), but this varies on a case-by-case basis. When it comes to home appraisal costs and pre-listing inspections, the seller will naturally have to pay, as these are done before the home is left up for sale.

A pre-purchase home inspection isn’t mandatory, but not having one can complicate your home insurance and mortgage loan eligibility.
