"I called Choice and reported my problems. They issued a work order and within the hour, I had been notified by S & J Plumbing that they would be here on Thursday. I could not make the time, so I called them and they politely scheduled for the next day. They showed up early, looked over the problems , called in the work to make sure it was covered and they repaired or fixed everything that was needed. They worked on my house like they were working on their own home. After done, they completely cleaned up, reminded me that they guarantee their work, and left. The gentleman who worked on my house was a professional and a credit to his company. I cannot say enough about the quality of work and their concern for everything. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
