I called him back when I redid the floors in my kitchen, and he did another amazing job with it. He replaced my back fence from a chain link to a wood privacy fence. "It went pretty good. I had all the materials for them to use. The kick plate was too tall. Will need to find the right size. The front door has a crack in it, which I thought would fill in with the wood filler. It was in a bad spot, so when the stain was applied, it did not fill in. I will clear coat it, add the kick plate & insulation. I will have John will come out again - will look at his coupons & get a list together. Definitely need the porch light replaced soon. We also discussed a possible electrical issue with the porch light - seems the builder /electrician (1988) may have connected the front light switch with the hall bathroom & bedroom lights. I was glad that John was able to schedule me, it was 2 months! John & Wayne were very nice & I will call again soon! "

YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL THE HOUSES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT USED ROCA ROOFING, they all are very beautiful. I know that sounds strange to say, but most of my neighborhood had damage. The houses that used ROCA you recognize right away. They look beautiful! Other roofing companies some of my neighbors used looks blah/plain. I don't know if it is because ROCA has better craftsmanship or they use better quality materials; but I can spot a ROCA roof from the others.
