"Mike is a great handyman that I use for almost anything that comes up at my rental property in Lawton, OK. Anytime my tenant notifies me of a necessary repair, I check with Mike first to see if he is available and he usually is able to assist very quickly with whatever needs fixing. He has fixed leaky roof (and repaired the damage that resulted to the interior ceiling from the leak). He has fixed fraying carpet and painted trim on the house as well as variety of other repairs."

"It went okay. I was not all that impressed with him. I wanted him to come out and do some stuff on some baseboards in the house but he was not able to do that. He ended up working on some other things but I forgot what they were. I will never use them again. He said he would give me a quote on a backdoor but he never followed up."

Yes, you need to install a sill for an exterior door. A sill offers structural support for the doorframe and creates a place to install the threshold, which is essential for keeping water from seeping underneath the door and into the home. Door sills are not necessary for interior doors.

The best place to install a dog door is on an exterior door that leads to a fenced-in area of your rear yard. This position will let your dog go in and out as they need and still keep them safe in your yard when they’re outside. You should plan on installing the bottom of the doggie door a minimum of 3 inches above the bottom of your exterior door to maintain the structural integrity of the door, and never cut out a hole within 3 inches of exterior door glass.

You will need to cut or break a boomstick so it is wider than the door and long enough to anchor outside the door frame. Extend the broomstick horizontally under the doorknob, ensuring it's snug.
