Dan's Heat and Air come quickly and had my unit running the morning I called them. in my opinion they are the Best in Altus Ok

Dennis was on time and reasonably priced. He and his assistant were very professional and polite.

While the service and getting parts part went rather quickly, that's about where the good stuff ended. It started on a Sunday when the AC in my house went out. We waited until Monday to call since it was already late in the day. They came out that afternoon to take a look at the problem. After a few minutes we were informed that there was a "problem" that would be fixed under warranty since the unit was rather new but we would be responsible for the labor to install it...like anyone would do in 100 degree heat, I said go ahead and order the parts. The next day to my surprise when I went out to get the mail and the technician was working on my house. No knock on the door, no notification that they were even coming. About 15 minutes later, I went outside to find another technician also here. Again no knock or notification. About an hour later the work was complete and the AC was back working, Two days later, we received a bill for $600! Labor for 2 men, various charges for freon (recovery and re-charge), some tubing etc....so much for paying for labor. No effort was made to explain what work was done at the time and why it might cost that much! The kicker in this whole thing is that when I called to have the bill explained, I spoke with the owner and explained the situation and he told me "I'd rather not do anymore business with you, please pay the bill" seriously, who says stuff like that to a customer...epically since we had just paid them to do an annual check up and freon recharge three weeks earlier.

It went fine.  We have used them before to install our whole system.

It started with a service call.  The technician determined the problem was a worn compressor.  After analysis we determined that both inside and outside units should be replaced due to the change in coolant gases and improved efficiencies on new units.They gave me a good selection of units to choose from and a choice f financing.  I made my choice and we proceeded with the order and finally the installation.

It went very well & as kplanned.
