Royal Construction and Remodeling

The tile work was very well done. We had picked out the tile before work was started, but Ronnie went and picked it up. He talked about the different layouts and he answered all of our questions. We really liked the threshold design that went in the doorways when the tile pattern changed direction. There was a nice selection of granite for the countertops, and the finished installation looks very nice. He updated the shower, removing a bench and enlarging the doorway. He added tile insets to hold toiletries. Excellent attention to detail. I was "griping" about having to paint the master bathroom and closet, and he added that for a very reasonable fee. He took care of all demolition and debris, and cleaned up daily.

Ronnie is an absolute treasure! This guy can and will do anything you ask him to do. He painted the entire outside of our home, as well as, several rooms inside. He is meticulous to detail and repaired things that needed to be repaired as he went- didn’t just slap paint over it. He is very patient - allowing this very picky lady to “change her mind” about several things- and he would cheerfully adjust! He is all about wanting the customer to be pleased. We quickly found out that he was good at repairing absolutely anything, and had him repair a door for us that had been sticking for years- it now works like magic- and he didn’t even charge us!!! He came to Chickasha to paint my neighbor’s house- and we recognized how detailed he was on all their intricate woodwork, so we nabbed him- since then he has picked up several other houses here- so we kid him that he may just need to move to Chickasha- word is out that he is awesome! I whole heartily recommend Ronnie for any and every job you have- he does what he says he will do and goes above and beyond to make sure it is done right. These are rare qualities in contractors today!

Job was done very well. They were here early every morning and picked up the area every evening before they left. With the amount of work done the job took several weeks and I never had a problem with anything that was done. Ronnie is certainly not the cheapest person out there, but you get what you pay for. There were several times that I asked for things to be changed or adjusted while the job was being done and they were quick to help and make things the way I wanted. They even took time to wait so I could make other revisions to electrical, phone, and cable so the house could have a more finished look. They waited so I could run electrical to add a couple of lights and move exterior plugs while the siding was off. I can say they are one of the easiest companies I have had to work with and were always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. I will use them again in the future when I begin our kitchen remodel.

Both husband and wife came to do some repair work which had been sub-contracted out to them by my roofing contractor (originally, they were subcontracted to replace and paint some wood that had been damaged on my front porch and they were very polite and did a good job.) Since the husband is a general handy-man I asked them if they might be able to re-screen some window screens for me in the future. The gentleman looked at the screens in question and indicated they could do the work that very same day after they completed their subcontracted porch job. We agreed on a price and as soon as they finished the first job, they measured my screens and left to go buy the materials they needed to do the screen job. They returned quickly and both husband and wife worked replacing the screens. When that job was finished I wrote them a check and they left. The only problem I had was the receipt was handwritten on a piece of paper and my insurance company would not accept it (keep in mind they did not know prior to arrival that I would be asking them to bid on additional work at my home). As soon as the insurance company notified me about the unacceptable receipt I called the wife and she mailed me an official invoice which the insurance company accepted and all was well. I intend to hire them to do some more and quot;handy-manand quot; type work this spring.

Ronnie and Cheyenne were professional, punctual, and always very nice. Ronnie removed a bathtub/shower insert and put in a new tub and tiled the walls in our guest bathroom. Ronnie found some strange plumbing configuration in once the tub was out and corrected the issue. The new tub and tile turned out beautifully and we are very happy with the service provided. Ronnie also removed damaged sections of a wall, replaced a stud, and replaced the drywall. You would never know the termites had even been there. The job was completed within budget and on time. He even fixed a crack in our ceiling! We will definitely have Royal Construction and Remodeling back for any future projects.

Exceptional performance and workmanship. Outstanding understanding of my wants and needs and expert advice working with me to fulfill my needs. This was a portion of a major roof replacement which included a complete rework or roof, gutters/downspouts and exterior painted brick. Came in at or below estimated costs. Meticulous in their work, cleaned up every day after their work and consulted with me daily on the progress of the work and what the plan was as we moved toward completion. I cannot say enough of the quality of the work except to say it was exceptional. If you are like me and you research your job you are simply tired of people slapping together a job and taking your money and running. That will NOT happen with these folks--they are in business for the long term and are rightfully concerned over their reputation and customer satisfaction. I was very pleased with their professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend them to any and all of my neighbors and friends.



I have more projects planned in the future and I will be hiring them again.
