On June 6, 2016, I initially rated the service as a D due to the need for me to pay $75.00 to another vendor to install the outside vent cover that the Lowes technician broke during cleaning vents. However, in November 2016 the company called me after seeing my initial review on Angie's list and said they would repay me for the vent cover since it appears that it was the technicians fault. I was very impressed with the professionalism the company demonstrated with reimbursing me. The company representative informed me that I should have called to resolve the situation about the vent cover and they would have replaced it free since their employee broke it."

"State Heating and Air Conditioning installed my central air and went above and beyond. My schedule was hard to accommodate dude to work and moving from another city. We had some mix ups but Scott installed portable units until everything could be fully installed so my brick house wouldn’t be an oven. Sal and Nick did my install and were very helpful. They were nice enough to put up my new carbon monoxide alarm and changed the filter in my furnace without me asking, just being helpful gentlemen. Now I have AC and I’m a happy camper. Great company, great people. The young ladies in the office were also great. I think her name was Nicole; she made sure to call me back before she left for the day as promised when I had a scheduling issue."

"Ok. I was told two guys were coming. Only one came. He told me he had never installed a Wyze thermostat before. I was A bit concerned. He ended up figuring it out. Nice guy. Would have preferred to have someone who had done this before, especially if they were the only one coming. It worked out ok."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"The old green monster (Niagara)gave up the ghost after many yrs of faithful serviceon one of the coldest days. Called a few heating services but they were the first to respond and supply an Eta. Service arrived when expected and diagnosed problem but because of the age no parts available. Was able to bandaid the problem so had heatSalesperson arrived that night during a snowstorm so I could get the replacement the next day. Installation techs arrived next day. Can't say enough about Jeff and Eddie--was not an easy job to remove that old cast iron furnace and the cement pedestal. Explained the new furnace and thermostat. Very professional and left the basement cleaner than how they found it. As this was an urgent situation did not have the luxury of investigating costs but I feel that the price was fair for all the labor involved.

"Out of the three contractors I had come to my house, All Season's Heating and Cooling was straight forward with work that needed to be done. They gave me a reasonable price upfront with no hidden cost. They scheduled me in timely, and completed the install in one day. The employees were very professional and curtious. I have a federal pacific panel box, I didn't know the danger that could potentially happen with my current panel box. They informed me they also do other work electrical, plumbing.
