"Zack was fantastic, and cleared out 3 vents which had gotten birds nesting in them, and then made sure they were secure so more couldn't get in. One of the vents was ridiculously high, and he had to come back the next day with a longer ladder! He was so brave to climb that thing and handle all that while it was windy out. Plus he was very careful to maintain safe social distancing and other safety measures during this pandemic. It's important we all look out for each other now, and I'm glad he's staying safe and helping others stay safe, too."

"Before I called 1st Response Pest Management, I knew two things: there is a hole in my siding and there is a woodpecker that frequents my property (much to my ire). The hole is high enough up that I couldn't see it very well (my eyesight is not great), so I needed an inspection to rule out pests before I have the hole repaired. I called the office and spoke with Bob, a very charming man who took the time to explain several different scenarios that could be happening. He suggested one particular scenario was most likely, scheduled an inspection, and gave me a rough estimate of how much treatment may cost (which was quite reasonable). The next day I met John, his son, who arrived (on time, which I appreciated) for the inspection. He was courteous and patient as he explained that the hole appeared to have been caused by water damage, not a woodpecker. He was very professional as he asked if there were any other areas I needed to have inspected while he was there, but never tried to sell me any unnecessary services or persuade me to sign a contract, etc. He was very professional & friendly, didn't charge for the inspection, then gave me his card and left. Although no work was done, it is frankly one of the best consultations I've had in quite some. If we do require pest control services in the future, we will *absolutely* contact them to do the work."

I contacted thru home advisor and promptly received a callback. Easy to schedule a day for them to come and ck out the issue. 2 crew members came and went into the 2 attic accesses and ck outside the house, here about an hour. No bats and birds in attic, but the attic had multiple nests, messes from birds and bats! Probably a squirrel or two had been there too, so a big toxic cleaning and removal needed to be done, 2 exclusions screens replaced, and remove/replace insolationin areas.They took notes etc and estimate would be emailed to me. The men were very professional and knowledgable. Rec'd estimate next day and hired them.Overalll,professional crew. I felt comfortable having them in my attic for 4 hours, cleaning the mess made by bats and birds! Crew was on time and cleaned up afterwards. Of course I had hoped to pay less, but really had nothing to compare it too. I'm happy and glad that I had them take care of it. I was assured if I suspect any critters they would happily come and ck it out again!"
