He reassured us that there had been no animal intrusion or presence. He did suggest installing screens in the 61 weep holes around the house and plugging some small holes for mouse/insect control. Very low key, no pressure - just a suggestion. We agreed and contracted for ASAP to do the work. (Of interest, the odor was a failing motor on the HVAC fan.). Pin-point removed the nest, sprayed some formula in the vents to kill the parasites, and put a screen inside to keep the birds out. A walk around was done, and other vents were screened as well after I was informed about them. It was an option to have them done so I decided to get them taken care of. There were no surprises when it came to the payment total. The communication was a plus, politeness, affordable, and knowledgeable.
