Pin-point removed the nest, sprayed some formula in the vents to kill the parasites, and put a screen inside to keep the birds out. A walk around was done, and other vents were screened as well after I was informed about them. It was an option to have them done so I decided to get them taken care of. There were no surprises when it came to the payment total. The communication was a plus, politeness, affordable, and knowledgeable. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before.
