The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! "The salesman said I had to buy a door with the frame because they come as a set, and I heard it's cheaper that way, so I continued through the process, and they gave me a quote for very nice door and frame that I would never need to paint, and would last forever. And the price to match. Awesome door! Not what I was looking for. The salesman was really nice, and said I could call him back and have him adjust the quote for what I was looking for.
