Juan and his crew came in and basically rebuilt the entire patio from the ground up. He even added an outdoor kitchen area to make it even better. Juan and his team also did a great job of not tearing up the existing yard and landscaping with his machinery and equipment. In fact all of the excavation work was hand dug by shovel. We had a few delays because of the bad weather but that can be expected. My wife and I only regret is that we didn?t find NP Landscaping LLC sooner. "Although it took us a bit of time to make contact, Larry of Luxury Lawn has given me a fair deal on weekly lawn care.  I wasn't sure, since it was so late in the season, if he could add me to the route, but he has and his crew is doing great work!  I am really quite pleased!
Larry also gave me a good idea of what his interpretation of spring clean-up entails so I can be prepared next  year. I had used a different company this past spring and didn't know I wasn't getting what I paid for in the process.  Luxury Lawn will be the company I call next spring.

"I purchased a Spring Clean Up Special for mid May, date dependent on weather. It was a rainy week with our backyard swamped. I recommended they put me off a week for the yard to dry up. I was told the crew works rain or shine & a delay on my part would put me at the back of the line. The 2 man crew arrived and they agreed the backyard was too wet and working it would trench the lawn. I recommended they work the front yard and return to finish the job after a few dry days. The office makes it simple for themselves and considered my job as DONE rather than incomplete.. If I wanted to start from scratch they would allow me to purchase another Spring Clean Up Special rate for the backyard & would be scheduled at the back of the line for mid June. The landscape team was great, the office manager is great, but just be warned that the Company has a policy that doesn't care about following through with their commitment. ."

"Sean and his crew went above and beyond when it came to removing an old concrete swimming pool from our property. Sean was very prompt in calling and coming out to give a very reasonable estimate on the demolition of the pool and concrete surrounding deck. He started work on the demo immediately and did a very thorough job of removing the old pool structure and deck - he didn't fill in the old pool because he said it would hold water and our yard would always be spongey - he used a machine to hammer it into pieces and then used his excavator to load his trailer and haul the debris away. Afterwards, the restoration of the yard began. We had an unusually wet spring and it was very very difficult for Sean and his crew to backfill and grade - its impossible to grade mud. Sean went above and beyond bringing in loads of gravel to stabilize the soil so they could backfill the hole. Even though the gravel was much pricier than just using dirt, he never asked to increase his quote."

"ForeverLawn PennOhio did turf replacement project on a deck that runs the entire length of my house, approximately 40 feet. They lifted an existing indoor outdoor carpet without disrupting the underlying water proofing. They then applied a turf surface, which resembles a putting surface. The edging turf is like the second cut of a putting green and is sculpted. The grass all looks very realistic and lush and cushioned. Nice to walk on and looks great. The placed two putting cups into the surface which adds to the fun. The crews are professional, courteous and neat. Jim and Betty Leone are great to work with. They offered ideas about the project and asked questions about my concerns. Highly recommend them for your projects. Very satisfied Rick and Lori"
