"Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"Completely rebuilt our 26-year-old wood burning mason fireplace to bring it up to code. In the firebox completely removed fire brick from back and both side walls. completely removed clay flue and replaced with insulated stainless steel. This included adding a lever operated lock top damper and stainless-steel exterior flue cap. Much time was spent adding chamber tech 2000 parge coating to the smoke chamber. Kevon and his two workers were excellent. All details on steps being taken were clearly explained. All carpeting was protected from the front door to the work area in the family room. All debris was removed from the job site. This was a big job that took two days to complete. Am following the recommended wait time and break in steps to be taken. It is comforting to know that we have a completely safe fireplace that is up to code. Looking forward on having Doctor Flue perform annual chimney sweeps during the off season.
