He proceeded to thoroughly examine and measure the area. He took his time to discuss how work could be done. The work would be quite an expense. "Inconsistent mowing schedule.  We'd call Micah when it was over two weeks since they came and our lawn was way overgrown.  He'd tell us he'd get someone out to mow on a specific day and the crew never showed up.  This happened several times, but they'd get to it eventually.  This season, it started off the same way (inconsistent mowing, overgrown lawn).    The two times we did get our lawn services in 2014, the crew left lawn clippings all over our patio and flower beds (they are supposed to blow that off).   We emailed/called him and said if service didn't improve we would cancel.   We received no emails or returned calls, no apology when we actually cancelled the service.  Poor customer service, the only thing that would show up on time was our bill.  We are much happier with our new lawn service.

"As is common with Angie's List special deals, the service was extremely over subscribed and the process was not executed until the winter had passed, the 2014 spring rains subsided and the lawn was finally aerated.  I saw no seeding or fertilization on the lawn or the driveway. It was not worth the time and effort to call again and have the issue resolved.  I will probably use them again, but will take time off from work to closely supervise the actions and insure I receive everything I am paying for.
