"I contacted Binnacle Property Management for estimates on several projects. I was really impressed with the timely response I received, unlike two local contractors that were a no show. Binnacle's travel distance was an hour to my home, in which that basically gave me the impression that the customer was going to be top priority. "I called the Yoders to come out and give me an estimate in early April 2012. They came out and gave me a quote on a complete roof replacement. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products and services. Although they weren't the cheapest, I found them to be the most professional and to have the best reputation.
