They took time and great care to explain every step of their process and why it was better. They provided text reminders of our service date and were prompt, courteous and professional. "Kenn and his son impressed me. Throughout my years of being a homeowner, I have used MANY Carpet Cleaning companies. I don't think I ever used any of the companies twice. Finally I found a company I will continue to use. They arrived when they said they would. I expected them to be "in and out" as the others were. I calculated maybe one hour.? Boy was I wrong.I think they spent a good 2 hrs. here. I was also interested in having my 6 dining room chairs cleaned. Kenn asked if I had ever had them cleaned before. I told him only once. I had not idea what the company used however.....steam cleaned or upholstery cleaning? Kenn was very candid when we talked. He gave me his "opinion" and I listened.. I chose not to have the chairs (off white and fully upholstered back and seats) cleaned at all. He gave me some tips which I used after he left. He was VERY honest with me and I appreciate that. My carpeting looks brand new. I have honestly never seen this very light colored carpeting look this good since the day it was installed. Kenn is a "keeper." However, I understand that the technician was not going to move heavy pieces of furniture to clean behind them, but behind and underneath my couches (family and living room) was not done. The couches are not heavy and could have been pulled out with not much effort (I can do them with no problem). I wish he would have asked me to pull them out. Service was performed in an hour (perfect)!!"
