"Incredible team! They take great pride in their work. There was an issue that came up to no fault of anyone, and the team was quick to respond to the issue without any additional charge. This company is an honest contractor that I would recommend to anyone in the Dayton area."

"Complete kitchen remodel including taking the entire roof off kitchen section, house is 100 years old. A complicated job that was preformed perfectly. Every detail of the job was well-thought out and we were guided through the whole process for what to expect for each stage of the project. Flooring was also replaced on the entire first floor, several sections of the house besides the Kitchen were rewired and the entire roof was replaced including replacement of a crumbling chimney. Our house is like brand new and we could not be happier, Kodiak is the only contractor I would ever use, Highest rating possible!"

Mostaed subs included drywall professionals, painters, concrete professionals, and truly superior craftsmen who dealt with installing tile, heated flooring, deck construction and siding replacement. I also have them scheduled for four future projects (kitchen replacement, basement bathroom floor replacement, house painting, and tree removal services. "Tim (owner) was great to work with—professional, responsive, and very kind throughout the entire process. Jeff, the handyman who handled our plumbing, electrical, and general contractor work, was also fantastic. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and did excellent work. We’re very happy with the service and will definitely use them again in the future. Pricing was fair and much lower than other quotes. Highly recommend!"
