They were here and gone in 20 minutes. They collected payment of $400. When I asked why it was so high they said they charge and flat rate for jobs however I thought that would be for all five downspouts. They emailed me the bill and on that were some items that I had done myself such a disconnecting and reconnecting the downspouts. They were there quick and did a good job but anyone using them should get a proposal saying exactly what they are charging for and make sure they do everything on that proposal."
