"Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

My experience with the corporate chain I previously used is they send someone out without a lot of experience who likes at it for a few minutes and then tells me I need a new AC. Brad actually talks to you about how the system is behaving, what the symptoms are, then runs some tests before telling you what’s wrong and how to fix it. Super knowledgeable. Thorough. Reasonably priced."

Choice Comfort Service techs came through on multiple occasions, even in a time crunch. Some of the projects they did include but not limited to: Re-located a cold air return Replaced chandeliers and lights Installed outlets Replaced exhaust fans and faucets in bathrooms Performed preventative maintenance on furnace Inspected the air condition and discovered a part on the verge of failure. Installed a new cable run In addition, a tech brought to my attention bare electrical wires near flammable insulation in the attic that the whole inspector missed. He also took the initiative to fix. There techs are always courteous and friendly. They take great care in leaving the home as clean as they found it. Overall, the fees are higher than some, but in line with the value of service rendered. And value is what one should consider.
