Said job would be done in “no more than” three days; took eight days. Left job early one day for a picnic. Installed caddy in the back of the shower without consulting us about where we wanted it. Have to purchase a new caddy after paying extra for the built in one. Left driveway filthy. Primised to clean but never did. So not worth the money."

Everything looks fantastic and we love our new space. Vito's tile work is the best we have ever seen! He ensures everything is perfect and you are happy with the work. "Finished Basements Plus was wonderful from beginning to end! First, they came out quickly for an estimate. I had 4 estimates and theirs was by far the best. (2 of the estimates were more than $20K higher than for the exact same work). Beyond their fair pricing, the work was excellent. They started within 4 weeks. I have an old home, so plumbing and electric were not easy, But they handled it with ease. Tile work for the bar and shower are beautiful. Gorgeous cabinetry. Great carpet and flooring. Best part was that they did it all! No extra work for me. Everything was included, no surprise costs. Picking out selections was easy and quick. Anytime I called Todd with a question, he immediately called me back and took care of any minor issue. Everyone on the crew was kind and respectful. It added so much to our home! Great play space for the little one, guest suite for family, wonderful area to entertain. It is perfect!"
