"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

"Charles was professional, knowledgeable, fair with prices. And just a really nice guy. My outlet to my furnace started to overheat and make noise pretty late at night. He took the time to personally call me within 20 minutes of me putting in a request to make sure that I had turned it off and talk the problem over with me. He even apologized for not getting back to me sooner even though it had only been 20min. He even apologized for calling so late bit he wanted to make sure that I had turned off the outlet so it wouldn't start a fire. He came the next afternoon exactly when we scheduled it. He was real down to earth and replaced the switch within 30min of being there. He was reasonable on price and then took the time to review the rest of my outlets and give me a quote on that. I highly recommend him for any job needed. I will be calling him for any of our future electrical needs."
