I believe my rates are very fair based on my experience and knowledge. I honor and respect the military. To show my gratitude, I offer a 10 percent discount to any active military personnel and a 5 percent discount to veterans. What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Typically I like to visit the home in order to ensure a fair and reasonable estimate is provided. If the home owner agrees to the cost, the job would be performed then or scheduled for a later date. The customer only pays after the project is completed to their satisfaction (a deposit may be required on larger projects). How did you get started doing this type of work? I started in this field as an electrical helper in 1997 for a large commercial electrical contractor. I completed my apprenticeship through the ABC (Associated Builders and Contractor) program. I rapidly moved up the chain and became a foreman. In 2005, I tested and gained my Master's license (or contractors license). I was looking for a change of pace and decided to run residential service, and I soon learned not only do I enjoy it more, but that I have a knack for it as well.
