"When shopping for a blacktop paver company, go with the best negotiated price (there is always wiggle room in price) because they all promise the same thing and from what I ve seen - they all do the same job. Do not expect any custom work repairing your drive other than leveling before application even though you re led to believe this would be done. My finished drive looks good and is a vast improvement over the original BUT I have great concerns over the side drainage issues that were not corrected as promised. Swartz paving did a great job at paving our drive - on time, friendly, professional, and affordable. They won the contract over other companies because of price and promised additional attention to drainage. The latter was poorly addressed."

They prepared the soil, laid the edging and cloth, planted the plants and spread the river rock along our privacy fence. They came back and inspected plants that we had concerns about and added additional plantings to boost those planted. We could have not asked for more.
