1st In Home ImprovementsJoe and his team did an excellent job! We asked to have the walls patched, repaired, and painted. He also removed the baseboards to prepare for the flooring installation. Joe was VERY responsive via email and cell phone. He was competitively priced and very reasonable and completed the job on time. They kept us up to date on the progress with photos since we were out of state. We selected the paint color and he was able to pick it up prior to the job. They did a great job. Elite Pro PaintingWe have used Elite Pro Painting several times. They do excellent work in a professional manner. They understood exactly what we wanted them to do and tackled the job easily. They were fast and attentive to quality. All of our furniture and belongings were treated carefully and their masking was thorough. The foreman had a clear plan, even though we had a tricky stairwell and ceiling, and an order of operations to finish the job efficiently. The painters were polite, hard working and reliable. 1st In Home ImprovementsExcellent work! I had a utility room that was really outdated and was a remnant of the house's kitchen from a bygone era. I got four quotes, but chose Joe because of his reviews here on Angie's List and his personality and professionalism. Joe installed a wall, creating a pantry which was desperately needed. He and Stacy also installed a new floor, painted and installed trim, shelving, transitions, wiring/switches/outlets, everything that was needed to totally remodel the utility room and create an awesome walk-in pantry. I highly recommend Joe. Note his rates are labor only, so be sure to estimate cost of materials as well. His rates were higher than other contractors, but when comparing apples to apples, and knowing sometimes you get what you pay for, I chose to spend the extra $ with Joe, and don't regret it a bit.- Dennis M.

Superior Lawn Care & Home ImprovementsI had a long list of to do’s to get our house ready to get on the market. Donnie and crew were awesome and ready to take on everything I asked for. They did gutter tightening, cleaning and landscape cleanup outside. Inside they painted a room, installed a vanity, installed 2 sinks, installed some can lighting, outlets and finished lining my basement ceiling. they had a great attitude and were willing to help with any and everything around the house. They got the work done in just a few days for very reasonable pricing and left the place clean. I will be keeping their number for any follow ups when when we get the inspection back for the buyers. I also have experience with electrical wiring, masonry, remodeling and just about anything in between. I’ve been trained by professional contractors over the past 6 years and have dabbled in just about everything when it comes to remodeling and handy work.

Edward has done lots of handyman work on and painted the interior of my entire house. (walls,trim,doors,everything) and he always does a fantastic job. He also cut the wood for and placed the trim brand new. you can tell he’s very experienced for his age and he is always able to offer good advice to all my questions and he really took his time and made sure he did a good job but still got everything done within the timeframe I needed . Not to mention he was very flexible with all my ideas and never got frustrated with me changing things up along the way (I’m very picky ) He showed up on time everyday with a great enthusiastic go getter attitude. I can not speak highly enough of and have nothing but great things to say about him I’d recommend him to anyone !
