"Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

I have been helping my dad lay flooring since he started when I was 5. In 9th grade he took me out of school and homeschooled me and I worked full time. I offer a lifetime warranty on all my work. No matter if its 15 minutes from leaving the job to 20 years from now.
