When it came time to sign the contract, Chris and Jesse sat down with us and walked through every detail. They were so easy to work with and made sure we were all aligned before moving forward. The selection process was super smooth—the whole team helped guide us through it, and they made it easy for us to make choices without feeling overwhelmed. Once things got rolling, the project moved fast. Our site manager, Brandon, was amazing. He gave us true white glove service—always professional, incredibly detail-oriented, and consistently went above and beyond. He kept us updated daily and weekly, made sure we understood what was happening, and double-checked every decision before moving forward. He was also incredibly respectful of our home. Even though it was a construction zone, we were genuinely amazed at how clean and well-kept everything was every single day. It made a huge difference and showed how much care he put into the project. "Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

"Sam takes the prize in my book for his knowledge, professionalism, timeliness, and quality work at a fair price. He did what he said he would do when he said he would and for how much. Communication was clear and responsive. My two bathroom floors are absolutely beautiful and were done on time and on budget. He even installed two new toilets and a moisture proof underfloor in my master bath in case I want to remodel the shower in the future. Things I hadn't considered but so glad he did. I was pleasantly surprised about how neat and clean he left the work areas and finished floors. He was stellar in every way and I wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend him or ask him to do another job. I've had several things redone in my place in the last two months and Sam and his work are miles above all the others."
