Communication was easy and thorough throughout the process. Mark is a kind man, and patient with any question at all. He does quality work, cares about the details, and he doesn’t cut corners. Not only is our new driveway beautiful, but he cleaned up everything when they were finished! I highly recommend Mark Rodgers Construction!! You will not be disappointed!"

"Mark was able to fit our small job into his schedule, and did a great job of matching the wavy edge on one side of the slab. You could sit outside and watch the crew with your grandmother and your 4 year and not worry about yelling, cussing, or anything that would be hard to explain to a 4 year old. "Do not work with this crew. Ron Miller is extremely unprofessional. He lacks communication (as with another poster on google, there was no heads up when they’d be starting work, they just showed up one day). We were in no rush to have the work completed, but the guys brought in a bobcat to dig the hole for a retaining wall (they said it was too hot to do by hand and that they had too many jobs, so they wanted to go fast). In that process they uprooted three trees (a young hibiscus, and two large arborvitae’s that had only been planted the year before). They also tore up our grass and our neighbors grass. We asked Ron to come out to review what the guys had done and he was full of excuses about being too busy and was very emotional. We only asked that they cover the cost of replacing the trees should they die. The next day one of the crew (Fuji) accosted my wife while she was home alone about the “complaints”. She was very scared by his erratic behavior. Ron was called about this, and said that the man had just come from court and so was probably just stressed. We ended up walking away, paid for all materials, and got another local crew to complete the project. They charged 25% of what Ron Miller was charging us. I’ve never worked with people like this in the past, and hope to never have to again."

"Not impressed. The estimator arrived early, so I had to interrupt work to meet him. Was not wearing a mask for COVID (I was). He took a few pictures and listened to what I needed. I did not get a good feeling from the conversation. Estimate was TRIPLE what others were. I will not consider them again."

"I posted this review and received a derogatory response from the company. I am reposting it with the information to validate that I was a customer of this company in October of 2014. I also provided photos in my original post of the things that I mentioned in the review. Flavio Pinheiro would never show up when he promised. The job kept getting delayed. All throughout this experience, he kept taking jobs out of state, and also claiming illnesses, to the detriment of my job. I travel for work, and can't be on top of these projects 24/7. They never finished the job, they did the mow strip incorrectly, and they left trash, chunks of concrete, and lawn damage behind. I finally had to have someone else come and finish it, costing me an additional $1500. They used some of my landscape trim to form the borders for the concrete pour, instead of creating themfrom their own supplies, promising that it would be easy to clean up. It wasn't, and the trim was no longer usable. He hired a Customer Service person, but that panned out to be worthless. I would not recommend this con artist to do anything in my yard ever again. As to the comment left from the company on my original review, I did indeed have a contract with Maxima Concrete, when Flavio Pinheiro was the owner. It may have changed hands since then, but the truth still stands for what I had to go through in October of 2014. I have attached a copy of the contract I had (with personal information blocked out) to prove it. The date of service for this contract was not accurate as posted, but this site does not allow for changes to that field. The site takes the date of the review as the date of the work done."

"There aren’t enough characters here for me to express the utter joy I experienced in working with Ramos Timber. Jorge Ramos and his crew went above and beyond for my renovation project in every way. I hired Ramos Timber for a full remodel of my family home. The home had not been updated since the mid 1970s. I planned to convert my home into an investment property so it remains in my family. My grandmother and aunt purchased this home when I was an infant. The home contains many beautiful memories that we’ve passed along to our children through years of family visits, dinners and holidays. Needless to say, this renovation project was not only near and dear to my heart, it was also imperative that my contractors completed the project in a timely manner as the home would be rented to tenants after completion. Jorge Ramos with Ramos Timber came highly recommend from multiple clients that had used him for various home renovations and projects. Jorge and his Project Manager, Teresa, were invaluable in helping me make decisions that balanced both style and stay within my budget. Their expertise made the process much easier. The on-site team—Ian, Josh, and Joe—were professional, respectful, and highly skilled. Their subcontractors were incredibly courteous, punctual, efficient and thoughtful in how they left the job site (very clean and tidy). Jorge and his team were always communicative; responsive and checking in with me every step of the way. Both Jorge and Teresa went above and beyond to address any small issues with solutions and options. This gave me a lot of confidence and assurance throughout the project. In addition, Ramos Timber uses the software program, BuilderTrend. This allows clients to track progress, view updated pictures, pay invoices and archive important documents. Ramos Timber beautifully transformed my 1970s family home into the stunning, modern home I had envisioned. I attached before and after pictures. They are true artists! Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, customer service and overall integrity are unmatched. I highly recommend Ramos Timber and will definitely be using Jorge Ramos and his team for future projects!"

"If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. Cancelled their appointment the first time, the second time—they no-showed/no call. Nick claims he was in the hospital, wished him well and was glad he was feeling better and he rescheduled for a third time. Again, no showed/no call. He claims he’s a professional company, but doesn’t run the business or portray himself as one. He has cost us a lot of time and money. Beware!"

"Jesse Moore and his team are frankly amazing. I wish they did more than build patios and related work as I would hire them for everything. Quality people do quality work and are willing to adjust to meet the needs of the homeowner. This is the 3rd time I have personally used Moore Brothers for a patio. Each experience is better than the prior. We always seem to run into something unexpected. That is part of the process with large projects like a patio. What I always appreciate is their "we are here to make the customer happy" approach. This project was no different, and they made me more than happy. They communicate, they show up when they say, and they deliver a quality product with smiles on their faces. Finally, I trust that team at my home - even when I cannot be present. That is a testament to Jesse's hiring and the quality people with whom he surrounds himself. THANKS for another great experience."
