"When I tell you these guys are pros, they are pros. I love having referrals instead of big companies and Sandman was one of the best referrals we've ever had. They have done two of our floors and both look amazing. The first floor was a re-finish of an existing floor and the other was tearing out the entire floor and starting from the floorboards. Their process is fantastic and they usually finish one floor in about 4 days. They are also great at communication and John let's you know where you are at in the process at all times. If you want your hardwood floor done right, this is the company you want to do it. If we ever need our floors done again, I will be calling them out. On top of their great work, they are extremely nice, polite, and they will let you know when they need something. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

There was a hole cut in the floor that he repaired and it blends beautifully. The equipment he used created very little mess. I will definitely use him again!"

They had to do a lot more work to get the floors back in decent shape and applied a clear coat and varnish. "The floor polyurethane coat was a good job. But I had them sand out some scratches on my steps and the color they put down was very uneven, lot of stain got on the wood trim next to the steps, you can also see their sanding marks on the steps. So my steps look like my kids stained them not a professional. I havent contacted them yet to complain, but I will."
