Louis Vasi Floor Sanding

Louis Vasi Floor Sanding just completed a 800 square foot floor sanding and refinishing project and the results are outstanding. Mike Vasi did an excellent job in describing what was to be completed and the steps/timing involved with the project. The floor area was not just a square area but contained many irregular areas such as long hallways, closets, pantry and bath room areas. The floor abutted white wood work and there was not a mark or stain on any of the painted wood work. His crew were very professional and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. I knew there would be some dust, but was amazed at the small amount of very light dust that was remaining. The dust removal equipment used was large and powerful. I would not hesitate to use Louis Vasi floor refinishing again.

Very bad experience. We were assured that the company could handle sanding and staining our pine floors. After a week of trying, it was clear that this was not true and that they did not have the needed experience working with pine. The aftermath was the main problem. After agreeing that our deposit should be returned, it took 3 weeks to actually receive it. During many phone calls we were assured that the check was in the mail. Finally I insisted on picking up the check rather than continue to rely on assurances that it was in the mail. I also had to call from various phone numbers for the calls to be picked up.

They were horrible. I had to basically do the job again myself. They were terrible. It was supposed to be $400 but it ended up being $650. I had to sand down the floor all over again. I took it from there. I had to stain it and varnish it because they screwed up so bad. They came 2-3 hours late. I had to call the manager and find out where they were.

The floors were perfect. They were a little rough on the doorway molding and put a few scuffs on the walls.

The floors turned out very nice. It was a lot of work because we had three floors. We haven't moved in yet. It was the dead of summer, it was so hot. They didn't damage anything so we were very happy with them. I do remember it being reasonably priced. My overall impression is that they did a very good job. They were professional.

They did a great job sanding out all the scratches and marks that were in my floors. The rooms all loo like new even 2 years later. I recommended them to my neighbors and my dad who also had their floors redone.

They did a fine job. They are local and reputable people. Their communication was accurate and good. They were reliable and the people who came to do the work were courteous. The owners spent extra time making sure everything was correct. I thought they were very professional and their work was satisfactory. There was one difficulty about misunderstood instructions. They came right out to check it and reversed the situation. The results of the other work were good. I would absolutely use them again.

They did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the final product and would highly reccomend their service.
